Register as a chartered accountant, company secretary, or GST practitioner

One listing. Several services, if that is how you practise. Companies select you by state and city. Your listing is published only after Phyntara has reviewed your enrolment.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Verify your email. You do not need a company GSTIN to register as a practitioner.

  2. 02

    Complete the listing

Enrolment body, membership number, city, and every service you offer.

  3. 03

    Review, then engagements

Once approved, companies may request you. Accept to see their letterhead; GST work also opens their bills.

Services you may offer

Select every service that applies. GST filing, notices, income tax, audit, bookkeeping, and payroll include the company’s sales and vendor bills after they engage you. ROC and advisory remain letterhead only.

  • GST filing

GSTR-1 pack, 2B, IMS, 3B worksheet. Sees sales bills and vendor bills.

  • GST notice / reply

Same books as filing so they can answer a notice from what you already saved.

  • Income tax

Sales and purchase books for the return. Not a substitute for your tax software.

  • Statutory audit

Bills, purchases, bank and Tally files the company already captured.

  • Internal audit

Same working papers as statutory audit, for a limited review.

  • Bookkeeping

Raise and save bills with the company. Pay still needs the owner except where they already can.

  • Payroll support

Sees the company profile and vendor/salary-related bills you saved. Payroll itself is not in Phyntara yet.

  • ROC / MCA filings

Company letterhead, GSTIN, and PAN — not IMS or vendor pay.

  • Advisory only

Name, GSTIN, state, and how they charge tax. No invoice list until you add a filing or audit service.
