Terms of service
Effective 28 August 2026. Zelbytes Pvt Ltd.
These terms are between you and Zelbytes Pvt Ltd for the Phyntara service at phyntara.com. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
The service
Phyntara helps Indian businesses capture sales and vendor bills, hold payments until GSTIN / books / GSTR-2B / IMS checks pass, and prepare filing packs for a CA. You remain the taxpayer. We do not file GSTR-3B for you. We do not replace your CA.
Your account
You must give true letterhead details (GSTIN, legal name). Keep login details to your team. You are responsible for bills, payments, and GST actions taken in your company workspace.
GST portal and Google Drive
Connect GST uses an OTP to the GST-registered mobile. We never ask for the GSTN password. Connect Google Drive is optional. If you connect it, you authorise Phyntara to create folders and files on your Drive as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time. Google’s terms also apply to Drive.
Acceptable use
Do not use Phyntara to file false returns, store others’ GST credentials, or attack the service. We may suspend an account that harms other customers or breaks the law.
Data and liability
You own your books and scans. We provide the software as a working desk, not a guarantee that a return will be accepted or that a vendor GSTIN will stay active. GSTN, GSP, Google, and bank systems can fail; retry or use the JSON / CSV path when we say so. To the extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for lost profits or tax penalties arising from portal outages or data you entered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
